Allen Puckett has designed training and technical assistance for federal Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) grantees and sub-grantees since 2016 for the LIHEAP Clearinghouse. He has performed the duties of completing deliverables in the LIHEAP Clearinghouse contract with the Office of Community Services (OCS), as well as developing expertise in federal policy and procedures regarding low-income energy assistance programs. Allen previously developed virtual-reality content and other forms of multimedia for Google-Street View—and businesses around Montana—through the Big Sky Film Grant, awarded by the Montana Film Office. Allen also enjoys writing and playing guitar in his free time and has published two books since 2018.
